Yoga uses a system of postures, breathing techniques

relaxation techniques, tapping into inner energy

and generating health and happiness from within.

Wanda grew up in Woodstock Ontario and moved to
Toronto to
study Cosmetic Retail Management, a 2-year
aesthetic program.
After graduation, she came back to
Woodstock got married and
started to raise a family.
Constantly upgrading her skills, Wanda’s
interests
expanded into the holistic area of energy medicine and health.
Wanda opened Reflections Spa in her home. She offered: Hot
Stone Massage, Reiki, Reflexology, Divine Openings as well
as Aesthetics.
This past year, she has become a Certified Yoga Instructor and
recently has moved her business from her home to a more public
location, 38 Riddell Street, Woodstock, Ontario.
Reflections Spa is now known as Reflections Yoga and Wellness
Studio.
It is truly a haven for the Mind, Body and Soul.
